Description
The brake of mechanical unit arg failed to release.
Consequences
The system enters the "protection stop" state.
Possible causes
The brake relay is misconfigured or the relay and its wiring may be faulty. If an external brake relay is used, the relay must be correctly defined in the action configuration file.
Recommended actions
- Check that the external brake relay (if used) is correctly defined in the configuration file.
- Check whether the corresponding I/O signal is correctly defined in the I/O configuration file. Its configuration data is described in Technical Reference Manual - system parameter.
- Check whether the I/O signal is connected correctly.
