[Cause]
At the start of or during brake diagnostics, the excessive error at stop alarm threshold ($PARAM_GROUP[group number].$STOPERLIM[axis number]) of the displayed group and axis was too small (1250 or lower).
[Countermeasure]
Set the excessive error at stop alarm threshold ($PARAM_GROUP[group number].$STOPERLIM[axis number]) of the displayed group and axis to an appropriate value, then execute brake diagnostics again (the power must be cycled after the setting). The standard excessive error at stop alarm threshold varies by model. To restore the standard value, before performing other operations (power-off or jogging) after this alarm occurs, execute the abnormal-state recording function (‘Abnormal State Record’ in the auxiliary menu), obtain an image backup, and contact the FANUC service center.
