SERVO Communication abnormality between amplifiers (G:%d A:%d)

[Cause]

6 A communication error occurred within the axis servo amplifier or between the common power supply (iPS) and the servo amplifier. The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number within the action group.

[Countermeasure]

1. Replace the 6 axis servo amplifier.
2. Replace the communication cable between amplifiers.
3. Replace the common power supply (iPS).
4. Replace the servo amplifier (iSV). For details, please take appropriate measures according to "Troubleshooting based on alarm codes" in the control device maintenance manual corresponding to the control device used.

       Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
