[Cause]
The program created for the reducer diagnostic function was changed, or a program different from that used when the data was registered was run. Correct diagnostics cannot be performed because the acquired data has changed.
[Countermeasure]
・When the diagnostic procedure is edited, it cannot be used to make the correct diagnosis.
・ If a utility was used to overwrite and create a program with the same name, the original registered data cannot be used. Perform ‘Register’ again.
・ If a utility was used to create a new program, perform ‘Register’ using data acquired with the new program. In either case above, the data at the time of ‘Register’ is registered as the ‘Normal’ state. Subsequent diagnostics use the registered data as the reference, so correct diagnostics may not be possible in some cases. As a rule, perform ‘Register’ only during setup after purchasing the robot or after replacing a reducer or similar part. Be aware that correct diagnostics may not be possible if registration is performed after the robot has already been used to some extent.
