Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.
Description: The servo software detects this error when the difference between each axis speed calculated from encoder values and the commanded speed exceeds the rated value.
Main causes:
-
Excessive external force was applied to the arm.
-
The arm drops due to an open circuit or poor wiring of motor power phase U, V, or W, or a problem with the power block.
-
The encoder harness has an open or short circuit, or there is a problem with the encoder itself.
-
The servo amplifier unit is faulty.
Countermeasures:
-
Check whether excessive external force was applied to the arm.
-
Check that the motor, encoder, and wiring connections are normal.
-
Replace the motor and encoder. If the error cannot be cleared, replace the machine harness.
-
Replace the servo amplifier unit.
