Cause:
- The number of DI exceeds 96.
- The number of DO exceeds 96.
- The number of AI exceeds 16.
- The number of AO exceeds 16.
Troubleshooting:
Check the error source; it displays the variable name of the IO reporting the error. Then check the IO variable's port number on the signal configuration screen for non-compliance: a DI or DO port number greater than 96, or an AI or AO port number greater than 16.
Solution:
- Change the port number of the IO variable reporting the error to a value within the specified range, save the IO configuration, and restart the robot.
- Contact after-sales support to investigate why the error occurs.
