Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.
Content: The I/O 24V supply voltage from the servo board to the power sequence board has decreased, or the 24V supply voltage of the control power AVR has decreased.
Main causes:
-
In the external circuit, the input/output 24V wiring has a ground fault or short circuit.
-
A problem with the control power AVR.
-
A problem with the servo board.
-
A problem with the power sequence board.
-
An open circuit in the harness between the servo board (X501) and motherboard (X207).
-
A problem with the motherboard.
Countermeasures:
-
If input/output 24V wiring is used for external circuits, check the input/output 24V wiring in the external circuits for ground faults or short circuits. (Ground faults or short circuits can occur inside the robot arm wiring.)
-
If "D1560 [Power sequence board] Abnormal DC power supply (24V)." occurs simultaneously, refer to the countermeasures for D1560.
-
Replace the servo board.
-
Replace the power sequence board.
-
Check the harness between the servo board (X501) and motherboard (X207) for open circuits or poor connections.
-
Replace the motherboard.
