[Cause]
Robot-generated grid calibration alarm. The robot could not be moved so that the target appeared at the specified position in the image.
[Countermeasure]
Move the target to the position where the alarm occurred, open the teaching screen of the robot-generated grid calibration pattern matching tool, and perform continuous detection to check whether the detected target position deviates. If the detected position deviates, take the following countermeasures in order:
・For the parameter adjustment of the graphic matching tool.
・ Use an image of the target to check whether the camera is in focus. If it is not in focus, teach the measurement start position again so that the target is measured within the focused range, and teach the pattern matching tool model and search window again.
・ Check that the target used for measurement has a shape for which size and ±45-degree rotation can be recognized. If they cannot be recognized, change the target shape and teach robot-generated grid calibration again.
・ If an object whose apparent shape changes with the viewpoint (such as the outline of a circular part, the outline of a casting, or a screw hole) is taught as the target model, detection may become unstable. Use a target whose appearance does not change with the viewpoint, and teach robot-generated grid calibration again.
If the detected position does not deviate, the robot mastering may be incorrect. Perform mastering again.
