[Cause]
1. An abnormality in the emergency stop circuit of the 2 or later robots was detected. The parameter displayed in the alarm message represents the robot number (the number assigned in the order in which the axis amplifier is connected to 6).
2. This alarm may occur if the wrong type of axis amplifier is driven by an additional axis amplifier (iSV).
[Countermeasure]
1. Regarding the axis driven by the additional axis amplifier (iSV), please confirm the amplifier number and amplifier type. When the amplifier type is set to 1 (6 axis amplifier), please set to 2 (additional axis amplifier). Or if the amplifier number is set to be the same as another axis using the 6 axis amplifier, change the amplifier number and set the amplifier type to 2 (additional axis amplifier).
2. Replace the emergency stop unit of the robot shown.
3. Replace the servo amplifier of the robot shown.
4. Even if the above countermeasures are taken and the problem still cannot be repaired, please inform the service center of the details when the alarm occurred.
