Description
The drive unit at contact arg has reached a severe temperature limit. The contact is connected to drive unit at unit position arg and node arg to drive module arg .
Consequences
No action can be taken until this error is corrected. The system enters a "motor off" state with zero torque.
Possible causes
- The cooling fan is faulty or the airflow is blocked.
- The cooling blades are covered with dust, which reduces the cooling effect.
- The ambient temperature may be too high.
- The torque is too high for a long time during contact operation.
Recommended actions
- Verify that the fan is running and that airflow is not blocked.
- Clean the cooling blades.
- Please check whether the ambient temperature exceeds the rated temperature value of the cabinet.
- If possible, please rewrite the user program to reduce the number of emergency accelerations and emergency decelerations.
- Reduce static torque caused by gravity or external forces.
