The expected tracking distance of the coordinate system is too large relative to its speed.

Cause:

The expected conveyor tracking time is greater than 10s; that is, (tracking distance/conveyor speed) is greater than 10s.

Troubleshooting:

Check the tracking-distance parameter of the tracking coordinate system used when the error occurs. Divide tracking distance by conveyor speed; if the result exceeds 10s, error 4831 is reported.

Solution:

1. Increase the conveyor speed;
2. Reduce the tracking distance parameter in the tracking coordinate system.

Case sharing:

With the program as above, if the parameters of refv8 are:

Port = 0
Reference coordinate system = WORLD
Tracking distance = 10.00(mm)
Conveyor type = eUniformVelLine
Exit tracking time = 100(ms)

If the conveyor speed is 0.5mm/s, running the program reports error 4831. Change the refv8 tracking distance to a value less than or equal to 5mm and error 4831 will no longer be reported; alternatively, increasing the conveyor speed to 1mm/s or above also prevents error 4831.
