Cause
Condition: A command decoding abnormality occurs during drive Motion execution. Causes: PR arithmetic operations must be compiled using ASDA-Soft before downloading to the drive. If ASDA-Soft is not used for compilation, and PR arithmetic parameters are written or modified directly through panel settings or the host controller, AL809 occurs.
Corrective action
- When programming PR basic numerical calculations, use ASDA-Soft settings. Do not modify PR basic numerical calculation parameters through the panel or host-controller communication.
- If this alarm occurs in a control mode other than PR, save the current parameter file and provide it to the distributor.
- Advanced users should capture the oscilloscope trace when the alarm occurs, setting the channels to capture P5.007 and P0.001, and save the waveform. Cycle the power to clear it.
