Cause analysis: 1. External interference; 2. Motor damage; 3. Encoder cable damage; 4. Drive damage.

Remedy:

1. The PE conductor of the robot power cable must be safely and reliably grounded;

2. Check the encoder cable for damage that reduces interference immunity;

4. Swap drives to determine whether the problem lies in the drive or motor.
