Description
An error was detected in the circuit protector for the encoder power supply inside the cabinet.
Subcode description
An alarm occurred on the SDCA01#6 board.
Causes and remedies
| Cause | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Software (incorrect setting) | Check that the circuit protector is ON. |
| Short circuit / ground fault | 1. Turn the power off and back on. 2. If the alarm recurs after setting the circuit protector to ON, check the encoder power-supply circuit for short circuits or ground faults. |
| Motor (abnormal) | Replace the motor or encoder receiving the power supply. |
| Circuit protector (abnormal) | Replace the circuit protector. |
| Other | If the alarm occurs again after implementing the countermeasures, contact our service department and describe the circumstances when CMOS.BIN was saved (operating procedure, etc.). |
