[Cause]
Function module functionality cannot be used if X and Y addresses are assigned in the internal IO assignment settings. Multi-path built-in PMC(J763) is also required to use function module functionality.
[Countermeasure]
Change the PMC program to a memory type that does not correspond to the functional module. Or, change the internal IO allocation settings.
