[Cause]
This alarm is issued when there is an abnormality in the speed count value in the pulse encoder. It may be caused by an abnormality of the pulse encoder. (Clock used for counting is abnormal) The numbers in parentheses indicate the action group number and the axis number in the action group.
[Countermeasure]
Replace the motor. After replacement, zero point calibration is required.

Note 1 To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
Note: When 2 is accompanied by an alarm indicating a communication abnormality (SRVO-068 DTERR alarm, SRVO-069 CRCERR alarm, SRVO-070 STBERR alarm), the alarm may not actually be issued.
