[Cause]
An operation changed the configuration, disabling the power-failure recovery function for the group switching state. This alarm also occurs when IBPXC.SV is loaded.
[Countermeasure]
When the configuration has been changed, perform a Parametric Execution. When IBPXC.SV was loaded, the power of the control device was reconnected and the group's state was manually restored.
