[Countermeasure]
After the alarm is issued, before performing other operations (power-off or jogging), execute the abnormal-state recording function [Auxiliary menu/Abnormal State Record], obtain an image backup, and contact the FANUC service center. If the abnormal-state recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps before the alarm was issued, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
