[Cause]

An anomaly occurred in ROM data inside the amplifier. The number in brackets indicates the number of the action group and the number of the axis in the action group.

[Countermeasure]

Replace the servo amplifier (6-axis servo amplifier, iSV).

       Note To clear this alarm, power needs to be cycled.
