Category: Alarm
Cause
Condition: The motor strikes rigid equipment, reaches the torque setting in P1.057, and remains there for the time set in P1.058. Causes:
- Check whether the motor collision protection function (P1.057) is enabled. If it was enabled unintentionally, set the parameter to 0.
- Check whether P1.057 is set too low or the time in P1.058 is too short. Set P1.057 according to the actual torque. A value that is too low can cause false triggering; a value that is too high removes the protection.
Corrective action
Power on again and run the motor to determine whether the alarm recurs. If it does, replace the encoder. Reset the alarm.
