[Cause]
The wear ratio has not been updated. (Wear measurement is complete.) An increase in electrode tip wear was detected.
- Although the electrode tips were replaced, wear was measured without setting the new electrode tip flag.
- The wear ratio update cycle is too short, so wear has changed very little and the wear trend could not be determined correctly. The measured wear is displayed in SVGN-284.
[Countermeasure]
When replacing welding tips, always set the new welding tip flag before measuring wear. Update the wear ratio after several tip dressing cycles.
