Cause

1. Motor mechanically jammed;
2. Motor operated above rated torque for too long;
3. Unstable motor oscillation;
4. Motor input phase loss;

Corrective action

1. Check the mechanical transmission for a stalled condition;
2. Check the load, reduce acceleration and deceleration, or replace the drive and motor with higher-capacity models
3. Check the motor power cable and wiring;
