Description
For joint arg , the current controller detected an excessive torque current deviation of the motor. Connect the joint to drive module arg at device position arg and node arg in the drive.
Consequences
The system enters the motor-off state.
Possible causes
- There may be errors in the motor data in the configuration file.
- Motor cable is improperly connected or damaged.
- The motor cable has a short circuit between phase or phase.
- The DC link voltage may be too low.
- The incoming power supply voltage does not meet specifications.
- Resolver cable is improperly connected or damaged.
Recommended actions
- Verify that the motor data in the configuration file is correct for this connector. Its configuration data is described in Technical Reference Manual - system parameter.
- Verify that the motor cables are not damaged or poorly connected.
- Confirm that the motor cable is not short-circuited internally or to ground.
- Verify that no DC link errors appear in the event log.
- Verify that the incoming supply voltage meets specifications. Change the supply tolerance minimum value so that it reflects the actual supply voltage.
- Verify that the resolver cable is not damaged or poorly connected.
