Category: Alarm
Cause
- Encoder fault
- Motor encoder wiring abnormal (for example, a broken wire, no shielded twisted-pair cable, or coupling with the motor power cable)
- Drive grounding conductor not securely connected
- Strong interference sources near the drive
Corrective action
- Check the motor encoder wiring and ensure that it is correct and meets wiring requirements
- Add ferrite cores to the encoder and motor power cables
- Securely connect the drive grounding conductor
- Replace the motor encoder
- Remove strong interference sources near the drive, or supply the drive and nearby strong interference sources independently
- Add an input line filter to the drive power input supply
