Category: Alarm
Cause
- Fan damaged;
- Ambient temperature too high;
- Overload faults repeatedly reset by switching power off after an overload;
- Servo drive mounting orientation or spacing from other servo drives inappropriate;
- Servo drive fault;
- Drive or motor damaged
Corrective action
- Check whether the fan rotates during operation and replace the fan or drive;
- Measure the ambient temperature, improve servo drive cooling, and lower the ambient temperature;
- Check the fault records for overload faults and change the fault reset method: wait 30s after overload before resetting. Drive and motor power ratings are too small; increase their capacity, increase acceleration/deceleration time, and reduce the load;
- Verify the servo drive installation condition and install it according to the servo drive installation standards;
- Check whether the fault persists after power is turned off for 5 minutes and restarted; if it persists after restart, replace the servo drive
