Missing program reference-coordinate-system variable.

Cause:

1. The variable parameter of the Refsys statement does not exist.
2. The coordinate system referenced by the coordinate-system variable does not exist.

Troubleshooting:

When the error is reported, check its error source on the information screen. Use the source to find the statement or variable reporting the error, then check whether the statement parameters and the variable's reference coordinate system exist.

Solution:

1. Create the parameter of the RefSys statement reporting the error.
2. Modify the reference coordinate system of the coordinate-system variable reporting the error.
