[Cause]
The maximum gun torque is below the standard overload torque threshold. The maximum gun torque must generate the maximum applied force of this gun. The standard overload torque threshold is the torque used to detect abnormal torque caused by friction or similar factors.
[Countermeasure]
This alarm can be cleared by increasing the maximum torque or reducing the reference overload torque threshold. If the overload torque prevention function is enabled, no countermeasure is required, but check that these parameters are correct on the detailed overload torque prevention screen. Reduce the maximum applied force on the servo gun general settings screen and increase the maximum gun torque. If overload torque prevention is disabled, enable it after changing the maximum gun torque. Also check the applied force adjustment and readjust if necessary.
