Teach/repeat switch status abnormality (mismatch between safety circuit and monitor). (for E0x series controllers)

Error handling: Motor power OFF.
Error reset: Possible.

Description: The TEACH/REPEAT switch state signal differs between the safety circuits and control monitoring signal.

Main causes:

1. A problem with the 1XS board.

2. An open circuit or poor connection in the harness between the 1XS board and motherboard (X203).

3. A problem with the power sequence board.

4. The motherboard is faulty.

Countermeasures:

1. Replace the 1XS board.

2. Check the harness between the 1XS board and motherboard (X203) for open circuits or poor connections.

3. Replace the power sequence board.

4. Replace the motherboard.
