%s displays the scanner alarm obtained from the laser scanner. A scanner alarm consists of a scanner alarm number and a scanner alarm message. Check the scanner alarm number and message, then refer to the laser scanner operator's manual and take countermeasures. If there is no improvement after taking the countermeasures, before performing other operations (power-off or jogging) after this alarm occurs, use the abnormal-state recording function (‘Abnormal State Record’ in the auxiliary menu) to obtain an image backup and contact the service center. If the abnormal-state recording function cannot be used, record the conditions and operating steps before the alarm was issued, obtain an image backup, and contact the service center.
