1. Main circuit supply voltage is too low;

2. Drive damage.

Remedy:

1. Check whether the main circuit supply voltage is within the permissible range;

2. Short-circuit ⊕1 and ⊕2

3. Confirm whether the drive is damaged by swapping drives.
