The file size specified in the data watch condition is invalid. This alarm occurs when the file size is negative or larger than the capacity of the file device to be used.
[Countermeasure]
1. Check whether the file size specified in the data monitor condition is negative or greater than the capacity of the file device to be used.
2. If the file size is set to ０, check only whether at least １ block of capacity is available for the data monitor function.
