8489
Category: Alarm
Cause
- The regenerative resistor capacity (Pn600) is set to a value other than 0, but there is no external regenerative resistor
- There is no external regenerative resistor, and the jumper between servo unit power terminals B2-B3 has come off
- Poor, disconnected, or broken external regenerative resistor wiring
- Servo unit fault
Corrective action
- Check the external regenerative resistor connection and Pn600 value. Connect an external regenerative resistor, or set Pn600 to 0 if no regenerative resistor is needed.
- Check the power terminal jumper wiring and connect the jumper correctly.
- Check the external regenerative resistor wiring and wire it correctly.
- Without turning on the main circuit power, turn on the control power again. If the alarm persists, the servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
