The program name contains invalid characters. The program fixation function is in effect and the registered word is not used in the program name. For program fixed functions, please refer to R-30iB/ R-30iB Mate Control Device "5.8.2 Program name fixed function" in the Operating Instructions (Basic Operations) (B-83284CM).
[Remedy]
Delete invalid characters from the program name.
