Cause:
Identical IO port numbers have been configured on the IO configuration screen (except GDI and GDO).
Troubleshooting:
Open the information screen and inspect the error source. It shows the IO variable name with a duplicate port number. Check that IO variable's port number on the signal configuration screen, and determine whether the port number is configured two or more times.
Solution:
- Delete duplicate port numbers on the signal configuration screen, save the signal configuration, and restart the robot.
- Contact after-sales support to check why the port numbers are duplicated.
