After Cartesian workspace 5 is set to "Trigger inside the space and stop with an error" mode or "Trigger outside the space and stop with an error" mode, the robot end triggers that workspace.
Troubleshooting:
Check whether the robot position triggers Cartesian workspace 5.
Solution:
If Cartesian workspace 5 is in "Trigger inside the space and stop with an error" mode, jog the robot outside the spatial range set for Cartesian workspace 5.
