[Cause]
The output protection fuse (FUSE1) of the peripheral device interface +24V on the motherboard has blown.
[Countermeasure]
1. It is possible that 24SDI and 0V may form a short circuit. Check the peripheral device cables for abnormalities and replace them if necessary.
2. Disconnect CRS40 and check whether the fuse (FUSE1) continues to blow even after this operation. Before performing countermeasure 3 below, be sure to obtain an image backup of the controller.
3. Take the above countermeasures 2 If the rear fuse (FUSE1) continues to blow, replace the motherboard.
4. Replace the cable between the emergency stop unit and servo amplifier.
5. Replace the cable between the main board and the emergency stop unit.
6. Replace the emergency stop unit.
7. Replace the servo amplifier. For details, refer to ‘Troubleshooting Based on Fuses’ in the controller maintenance manual for the controller being used and take the appropriate countermeasures.
