The PC monitoring task does not accept the notification.
[Countermeasure]
Refer to the related error code. OS-002 System error may occur when attempting to monitor variables or I/O using the .StartMonitor method. The error occurs when restoring a backup from a controller without the PCIF option installed. To avoid this error, set system variable $SCR.$LPCOND_TIME to 40 and then start. If the PCIF option is not installed, this variable is set to 0. When starting after setting it to 0, the monitoring task will no longer start.
