Description
The internal system file containing the system's persistent state cannot be found. Under normal circumstances, the system status will be automatically stored in the controller's permanent memory when shutting down or restarting. The system has been started using the AutoRecovery system data previously saved at arg.
Consequences
Any changes made to the system configuration or RAPID program since arg have been lost and all changes must be re-executed.
Possible causes
It may be that the backup battery was discharged when shutting down. The internal storage disk is full. A software problem occurred during shutdown.
Recommended actions
- Check other event messages to help determine the actual cause.
- If possible, confirm the automatically restored system data.
- Reset the system and load user backup.
- Reinstall the system and load the user backup.
- Report this issue to ABB Technical Support and attach system diagnostic data.
