Category: Alarm
Cause
- Poor three-phase input wiring
- A three-phase drive is operating from a single-phase supply
- The three-phase supply is unbalanced or all three phase voltages are too low
- Servo drive fault
Corrective action
- Check whether the cables between the non-drive side and the drive main circuit input terminals (R S T) are sound and securely connected. Replace the cables and correctly connect the main circuit power wires. 2/3. Check the drive input power specifications and actual input voltage specifications. Measure whether the main circuit input voltage meets the following specifications:
◆220V drive:
RMS value: 220V-240V; permissible deviation: -10%
+10%(198V264V) ◆380V drive: RMS value: 380V-440V; permissible deviation: -10%+10%(342V484V). Measure all three phases. A 0.75kW three-phase drive (drive model 2001-03h=5) may operate from a single-phase supply. If the input voltage meets the specifications on the left, set 200A-01h=2 (disable faults and warnings for input power phase-loss protection). Otherwise, if the input voltage does not meet the specifications on the left, replace or adjust the power supply to meet them. - If the fault is still reported after repeatedly turning off power and reconnecting the main circuit power (R S T), replace the servo drive.
