Cause

1. Abnormal STO input power supply
2. Abnormal STO input resistance
3. STO failure

Corrective action

1. Check whether the STO power supply is normal. Measure whether the 24V STO supply is stable, and secure any loose or disconnected wiring.
2. After activating STO, resistance drift causes one STO input to remain normal after the 24V supply is disconnected. Replace the drive.
3. If the fault still occurs after confirming the above 2 points, replace the drive.
