Turn the robot controller power off and restart it. If the problem recurs, note the numbers in the message and inform FANUC of the software version and the operations performed before the problem occurred. Other error messages may have caused this alarm, so report the alarms shown on the alarm screen. Also select the alarm on the alarm history screen, press the Details button, and report the message displayed on 2 lines.
