Description: The power module inside the power block detected an error.

Main causes:

1. There is a connection problem between the power module and the servo board.

2. The IPM (intelligent power module) control supply voltage (+15V, lower side) has dropped.

3. A short-circuit current flows.

4. The IGBT chip temperature inside the IPM (intelligent power module) has risen.

5. A problem with the IPM (intelligent power module).

6. The power supply unit control board or power supply unit power board is faulty.

Countermeasures:

1. Check the installation of the servo board.

2. Check the harness and connector connections of the servo amplifier unit.

3. Check the motor U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase wiring for short circuits or ground faults.

4. Check the cooling equipment (cooling fans, etc.) and the fan operating time setting.

5. Replace the servo amplifier unit.

6. Replace the power supply unit.

This error may indicate a serious fault. Therefore, do not reset the error immediately; investigate the cause carefully according to the countermeasures. If the error does not clear immediately, wait approximately one minute and reset the error again.
