8420
Category: Alarm
Cause
- Momentary drop in control supply voltage
- Momentary power loss during parameter storage
- The number of parameter writes within a certain period exceeds the maximum
- Software has been updated
- Servo drive fault
Corrective action
- Confirm whether control power (L1C,L2C) is being disconnected or a momentary power failure occurs. Restore system parameters to their initial values (2002-20h=1), then write the parameters again. During operation, measure whether the input voltage at the non-drive side of the control power cable meets the following specifications:
220V drive: RMS value:
220V-240V; permissible deviation: -10%
+10%(198V264V). 380V drive: RMS value: 380V-440V; permissible deviation: -10%+10%(342V484V). Increase supply capacity or replace it with a higher-capacity supply. Restore system parameters to their initial values (2002-20h=1), then write the parameters again. - Confirm whether momentary power failure occurs during parameter value storage. Power on again, restore system parameters to their initial values (2002-20h=1), then write the parameters again.
- Confirm whether the host device changes parameters frequently. Change the parameter writing method and write again. Alternatively, the servo drive may be faulty; replace it.
- Confirm whether software has been updated. Set the drive and motor models again and restore system parameters to their initial values (2002-20h=1).
- If the fault is still reported after repeatedly powering on and restoring factory parameters, the servo drive is faulty. Replace the servo drive.
