[Cause]
The limit switches of the robot's joints and hardware in each direction were exceeded. Normally, it is in a position that does not exceed the joint movable range (soft limit) and reaches the limit switch. However, at the time of shipment, it was shipped in an over-travel state due to packaging.
[Countermeasure]
1. While holding down the SHIFT key, press the alarm release key to cancel the alarm.
2. Don’t let go of the SHIFT key, and move the overtravel axis to the movable range under inching feed.
3. If the alarm cannot be cleared, it may be caused by a failure of related components. Repair the control device in accordance with the instructions corresponding to the control device used
Take corresponding countermeasures under "Troubleshooting based on alarm codes" in the manual.
Note 1 After a robot overtravel alarm occurs, the direction in which the robot joints can be jogged is limited before the alarm is cleared. Jog feed cannot be performed in the direction in which the axis was moving when the alarm occurred.
Comment 2 When the robot is in a state where position matching has not yet been completed, the action restrictions described in the comment 1 are released on the overtravel release interface [6 System / Manual Overtravel Release].
