Alarm code A03 means .

Cause analysis:

1. Incorrect drive parameter settings, such as an inappropriate electronic gear ratio;

2. Incorrect phase sequence of the motor power cable;

3. Motor encoder abnormality;

4. Drive abnormality;

5. Interference with the encoder cable;

Remedy:

1. Check that the electronic gear ratio is within the specified range——¬: input pulse frequency * electronic gear ratio <500kHz;

2. If >500kHz, reduce the set speed (system command value);

3. Check the motor power cable and encoder cable;

4. Ensure that each axis motor's power cable and encoder cable correspond individually to the correct drive;

5. In the homing command of the proprietary system, setting the single-turn encoder value to 0 can sometimes cause overspeed; another single-turn value must be set;

6. Replace the motor;

7. Replace the drive;
