[Cause]
Where CO2 is set on the welding device setting interface, welding in pulse mode is specified. Pulse mode can be specified as follows. In addition, this alert will take place on a specified welding device (ROBOWELD/DP) that can be pulsed.
"Pulse mode is invalid" on the detailed interface of welding conditions is 0 (pulse mode is valid)
Arc command specifying direct conditions Example) arc starting [16V,140A], arc closing [16V,140A,0.0sec]
[Countermeasure]
Use the following method to disable the pulse mode.
Set "Pulse mode disabled" on the detailed welding condition screen to 1. If an arc instruction that specifies conditions directly is being used, change it to an arc instruction that specifies a welding condition number.
Example) Arc Start[16V, 140A] → Arc Start[1]
In addition, the start-processing conditions normally always have pulse mode enabled. When using the start-processing function (default: disabled) with CO2 selected on ROBOWELD/DP, change the following system variables.
$RBGE_PLSTBL[33]=0 → 1
