Scans were lost within 100 scans. (First parameter) １: Main CPU, ２: Communication CPU. (Second parameter) Number of lost scans. If less than 20, this may not be a serious problem. (Third parameter) Total number of scans since power-on. In general, the relevant CPU is overloaded.
[Countermeasure]
Re-examine the software configuration in a way that reduces the amount of software to load.
