Cause

1. Incorrect U,V,W phase sequence in motor wiring
2. Encoder fault
3. Servo unit fault

Corrective action

1. Check the motor wiring for problems.
2. If the motor wiring is sound but the alarm persists after powering on again, the servo motor may be faulty. Replace the servo motor.
3. Turn on power again. If the alarm persists, the servo unit may be faulty. Replace the servo unit.
