Since the excitation of the servo has not started yet, the magnetic pole (motor magnet position) detection process cannot be started when driving a motor manufactured by another company.
[Countermeasure]
After eliminating the cause of the alarm and emergency stop, press the RESET button. Perform magnetic pole detection again.
