An incorrect value was set in $SCR_GRP[ servo tool action group number].$AXISORDER[1～9].
[Countermeasure]
Set $SCR_GRP[servo tool motion group number].$AXISORDER[1～9 all] to 0, and cycle the controller power. This places the servo tool in the detached state.
